Timing, audio and keyboard options

Use whole seconds, up to 100 rounds per set and 20 sets. Preparation is 1–60 seconds; the full plan must fit within 24 hours. Round indicators show the current round and endpoints for long plans.

Pause keeps the exact remaining time. Skip advances one phase without counting the remaining time; Reset cancels the workout and returns to ready. Repeat workout starts the same plan again.

With Alarm until stopped, each finished phase waits for Silence and continue. That waiting time is excluded from the workout remaining. Skip also acknowledges that boundary and advances once.

Space starts, pauses or resumes; N skips; R resets. Shortcuts do not interrupt typing or button controls. Workout view keeps timing and live audio controls prominent; Fullscreen is available where your browser supports it.

Timers reconcile elapsed time when callbacks are delayed, but browser backgrounding, screen locks and interruptions may prevent timely audio. Keep the page visible when dependable cues matter. Device voices and keeping the screen on depend on your browser.
