How focus sessions are counted
Each cycle has the chosen number of focus sessions, short breaks between them, and one final long break. A finite programme finishes after its last long break. Its planned time includes all of those breaks; pauses and acknowledgement waits add time.
Today counts only focus sessions that reach the end naturally. Focused minutes sum those sessions’ full configured focus durations, rounded to one decimal for display. Next phase, Reset, partial sessions and page reloads add nothing. Delayed callbacks reconcile elapsed running time; paused and waiting phases stay stopped.
Statistics, audio choices and task labels stay on this device. Shared links contain programme durations and options, without task labels or statistics. Browser or device restrictions can interrupt audio and background timing; an open page cannot guarantee a background alarm.
Keyboard: Space starts, pauses or resumes; N moves to the next phase; R resets. Shortcuts leave normal input editing alone.
