- Will the text stay searchable?
- No. This tool converts each page to an image, so the exported PDF loses searchable/selectable text, links and form fields. Keep the original if you need these features.
- Why did the file get larger?
- Pages containing mostly text may already be small. Converting them to images can increase the size; lower DPI and quality or keep the original.
- Which settings keep more detail?
- Higher quality and DPI keep more detail and produce larger files. Preview the downloaded PDF before sharing.
